Product Care

All of our items are fresh made to order!   We recommend inquiring at least a month prior to your needs for cakes and two weeks prior for all other items. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. 

 Orders can be requested on our website main page under "contact us".If you have questions or need assistance with placing your order please email us at pamssweetshoppe@yahoo.com to text903-521-1530 and we will be in touch to discuss additional details about your request. 

To reserve the date for your order we require a non-refundable retainer of your invoice total within 48 hours of the sent invoice. We will not hold the date without the full retainerpaid. If the retainer is not paid within 48 hours your order will be cancelled and the date will become available to the next customer.
Orders placed within two weeks of event dates require payment in full at time of invoicing.
You must also have a signed, completed contract on file before your date is reserved. If you have any questions about any of the Terms and Conditions, please contact PamsSweetShoppe immediately and prior to signing. 

Remaining balances are due one week prior to your event unless otherwise discussed.  
These alternative terms will be noted on your invoice. Failure to pay the remaining balance one week prior to your event will result in a forfeit of your retainer and cancellation of your order. 

Change requests must be made at least two weeks before the order is delivered/ picked up. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate change requests. Change requests are subject to additional fees. 

In the event you cancel your event or change the date. The 50% retainer is non-refundable. We will hold the retainer on your account and it can be applied towards a future order. Please remember all rescheduled requests are subject to availability. 

All orders are to picked up from PamsSweetShoppe at the agreed upon day and time. Please note that your EVENT DATE and TIME may not be the same as your PICKUP DATE and TIME
If the customer elects to pick up the cake, the customer is responsible for the cake as soon as it leaves PamsSweetShoppe premises.. Upon visual inspection of the cake and its departure from the premises, the customer approves the orders visual and waives any rights to a refund based on the style, design or visual appearance of the cake.

Delivery is available at customer request for $1.00 per mile round trip from PamsSweetShoppe. Mileage will be determined using Google Maps. Delivery is subject to availability. Delivery over 1 hour round trip is subject to additional fees. 

PamsSweet Shoppe is a home based cottage bakery licensed under the regulations set forth by the state of Texas. 

Iimitation is the sincerest form of flattery! However, when designing your product we cannot guarantee an exact photo request duplication. We will always use your photos as inspiration and will do our best to meet your expectations. 

If you would like to place a custom order with less than a week's notice or a signature cake with less than 3 days notice (and the time slot is available) the total amount of the order is due at booking and will be subject to an additional fee. 

PamsSweet Shoppe will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a product has been picked up/delivered and "Accepted" by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will PamsSweet Shoppe provide a refund in excess or the cost of the order.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. We only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavor, size, and general description detailed above.

Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will be the sole discretion of PamsSweet Shoppe. We may consider a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our sandards within 24 hours of your event.

Please note, we do taste our items to insure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of PamsSweetShoppe . Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the item(s) to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions.
